$30.00 - $32.00 an hour
Shift:
In-office 4 days per week, 1 day (Friday) work-from-home, and 2-5 days per week at the Nissan Training Center in Franklin, TN, due to training events and setup days. Monthly conference calls with

Training Planner? You'll be: Providing comprehensive support for the
INFINITI
Training department, including management reporting, executive presentations, event planning, and regional communications. Serving as the on-site contact for training events at the Nissan Training Center and corporate HQ, ensuring smooth operations and vendor coordination. Creating and maintaining monthly executive reports, tracking training activities, and managing communications with internal teams and external vendors. Leading and participating in content development reviews, compiling and sharing feedback, and supporting the development of training materials. Managing logistics for training events and vehicle fleet coordination. Supporting the manager with executive-level presentations and maintaining project trackers. Facilitating and capturing minutes for recurring meetings and calls with stakeholders. Conducting data analysis and preparing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in training operations. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 2-5 years of related work experience. Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel (including importing data, graphing, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (importing data/graphs, creating dynamic slides). Have excellent project management, organizational, and process improvement abilities. Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Bring strong interest in the automotive business, technology, and training environments. Can interpret and analyze data effectively to drive decisions. Have experience collaborating cross-functionally and building professional relationships. Are willing to travel occasionally for training observation and support.
Preferred:
Experience in a training setting and communicating with automotive dealership personnel.
