Position Overview Eduscape is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Leader with a strong foundation in K-12 education and demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and professional learning, along with strong experience in STEM and literacy. The ideal candidate is a former classroom educator, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or school-based instructional leader who understands what high-quality teaching and learning look like in practice and can translate that expertise into engaging learning experiences for educators. Learning Leaders facilitate professional development for teachers and administrators while also designing curriculum, workshops, instructional resources, eLearning, and customized professional learning solutions. This role requires an educator who is intellectually curious, highly collaborative, comfortable learning new content, and able to move fluidly between facilitating professional learning, developing curriculum, managing projects, and creating instructional content. Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate engaging professional learning experiences for K-12 teachers, instructional leaders, and administrators using effective adult-learning strategies, modeling, hands-on learning, collaboration, and discussion. Develop standards-aligned curriculum and instructional resources that integrate strong practices in literacy, STEM, curriculum and instruction, project-based learning, educational technology, artificial intelligence, and other emerging areas. Translate research, instructional frameworks, and best practices into practical classroom strategies that support student-centered, differentiated, inquiry-based, and evidence-based instruction. Develop and customize professional learning content, including workshops, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, proposals, instructional tools, and supporting resources for schools, districts, dioceses, and educational organizations. Design engaging eLearning, virtual, and blended learning experiences that extend professional learning beyond in-person workshops. Collaborate with internal teams, subject-matter experts, clients, and partners to develop new programs, curriculum, and professional learning solutions. Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Build strong relationships with educators, school leaders, clients, and partners, and represent Eduscape professionally at schools, conferences, workshops, and educational events. Remain current on emerging educational research, practices, and technologies and travel locally and nationally to support client engagements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, STEM Education, Literacy, or a related field. Minimum of seven years of K-12 education experience, including substantial classroom teaching experience. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum and instructional design, with strong knowledge of literacy, STEM, standards-aligned instruction, assessment, differentiation, and evidence-based teaching practices. Minimum of two years of experience facilitating professional learning, instructional coaching, mentoring, or supporting educators, with demonstrated ability to engage adult learners. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships with educators and school leaders. Strong project-management, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and digital instructional tools, along with the ability and willingness to travel throughout the continental United States. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, STEM Education, Literacy, or a related field. Previous experience as an instructional coach, curriculum specialist, literacy specialist, STEM coordinator, department chair, instructional technology specialist, or school leader. Advanced experience in one or more areas such as Structured Literacy/Science of Reading, interdisciplinary STEM, engineering design, project-based learning, computer science, coding, robotics, or makerspace education. Experience designing and evaluating professional learning programs across multiple grade levels and content areas. Experience developing eLearning or online courses using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, or similar platforms. Familiarity with emerging applications of artificial intelligence in K-12 education.
