Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, and to help Noritsu customers to succeed. As a Customer Success Manager for Noritsu Pharmacy Automation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our pharmacy automation clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them in leveraging our automation solutions effectively. We believe that customer success begins with training. You will have primary responsibility from customer skill development from install to full production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with local teams to provide on-site skill development and education on the use of the equipment.
- Assist sales team in identifying business opportunities and prospects evaluating their pharmacy listening to the concerns/problems to identify possible solutions which result in purchase decisions
- Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
- Train operators of pharmacy automation systems.
- Assist in the development of pharmacy training tools. Lead courses, webinars, and provide onsite training.
- Conduct product demonstrations and implementation consultations in conjunction with the Sales team.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Technical Supervisors, and the Operations Department during the implementation phase of equipment.
- Conduct follow-up evaluations with pharmacies after installations.
- Update job knowledge by participating in classes provided by Noritsu and other manufacturers, in addition to reading professional publications and participating in online training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Experience:
o Minimum of a High School diploma and at least three years experience in a pharmacy setting. o PTCB certification is a plus.
Abilities:
o Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. o Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. o Familiarity with pharmacy operations and automation technology is highly desirable. o Must have strong presentation skills to customers, supply partners, and employees in one-on-one and group settings o Must have the ability to convey and clearly explain customer requirements to technical personnel o Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. o Must be willing and able to travel over 80% of the time. o Must be willing and able to work overtime. o Must be comfortable with and able to perform in a professional/medical office type of environment.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
