In the role of Sr. People Development Specialist- Commercial, working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Americas People Development team. You will lead the design, development, and execution of function specific development programs and continuous improvement learning initiatives for the U.S. Commercial organization based on their priorities and needs. This position reports to the Director of People Development
- Commercial, and works closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to build and embed people development capabilities into the business.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Work with stakeholders to identify capability needs and build relevant training modules to address gaps. Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve to maximize leader and business impact. Partner with stakeholders to understand capability needs, build relevant learning and development content to embed development capabilities into the business. Build capability in others through coaching, facilitation, and certifications. Execute learning delivery strategies and standards to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness. Liaise with vendors and people development team to ensure vendor solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with people development team and support prioritized projects and development initiatives regardless of their focus area. Provide input on the way we evolve the First Choice Learning Center brand and purpose within the organization Stay current with best practices and trends for adult learning, instructional design, and program management. Serve as an effective developer of talent and operate efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment.Key Ingredients:
You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) You have at least 3 years of progressive experience in HR, adulting learning principles, and modalities and building effective learning solutions and programs that deliver the desired outcomes and impact. You embody a client service mindset and operate as a value-added business partner with a solution orientation. You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You exercise discernment and discipline in managing asks and priorities. You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. You take accountability for results- acting with integrity and honoring commitments. You have a thirst for learning
