$25-32/hr About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support leadership and organizational development programs for a leading financial services organization. This position provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure training programs and learning initiatives are delivered smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys coordinating with employees, leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Experience in training administration, program coordination, event planning, or administrative support is highly valued. What You'll Do Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, registration, enrollment, rosters, completion tracking, and program logistics. Support the administration of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, learner support, user maintenance, and routine updates. Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related questions and resolve routine issues. Maintain accurate training records, reports, data extracts, and learner information. Coordinate learner communications, including registration confirmations, reminders, class information, travel, accommodations, and post-training follow-up. Provide logistical support for training classes and events, including room reservations, room setup, catering, materials, technology checks, and participant coordination. Coordinate vendor and financial administration, including purchase requests, invoices, expenses, budgets, and travel arrangements. Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation supporting training and organizational development programs. Assist with reporting tools and dashboards and ensure data accuracy. Support employee onboarding and learning platform administration. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver an excellent training experience. Identify opportunities to improve training processes, tools, and workflows. What We're Looking For Experience in administrative support, program coordination, training operations, event planning, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience coordinating schedules, communications, events, programs, or logistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Comfortable learning new systems, technologies, and processes. Experience with an LMS or learning platform is a plus. Experience in banking or financial services is a plus, but not required. A college degree in a related field is preferred.
