As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Consultant to play a key role in shaping client outcomes and strengthening our consulting practice. Your Impact As a Senior Consultant, you'll work directly with client leadership teams, guiding them through critical projects that drive measurable business results. You'll be part of a collaborative group of consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, reporting to a Managing Director and often leading project workstreams. Your expertise will help clients clarify objectives, solve operational issues, and implement sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from initial scoping through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and present actionable recommendations based on data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and industry research
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with client executives, managers, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee junior consultants and analysts, providing coaching and quality assurance on deliverables
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development, including methodology refinement and training
- Identify opportunities for additional value creation and support business development efforts as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to our clients' sectors What You Bring Essential experience:
- Proven track record in management consulting, professional services, or a related advisory environment
- Experience leading client-facing projects, including responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to senior audiences
- Comfortable facilitating discussions and workshops with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Desirable experience:
- Exposure to clients in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
