Trainer Sales Associate — Part-Time Company Description HOTWORX Cool Springs is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio located in Franklin, TN, revolutionizing the way people work out by combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise through our unique 3D Training experience. Our innovative fitness concept helps clients sweat smarter, recover faster, and maximize their workouts in less time. We offer a variety of virtually instructed workouts, including isometric and high-intensity interval training sessions, all performed inside infrared saunas. Our mission is to help members reach their fitness goals on their schedule with convenient 24/7 studio access . Role Description HOTWORX Cool Springs is seeking a motivated, energetic, and personable Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our team! This is a part-time, on-site position located in Franklin, TN. As a TSA, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for both members and guests while helping prospective members discover how HOTWORX can fit into their fitness routine.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting members and guests Conducting fitness consultations and studio tours Following up with prospective members and generating new leads Selling memberships and helping prospective members find the best membership option for their needs Demonstrating workouts and educating guests on the benefits of infrared fitness Providing exceptional customer service and building strong member relationships Assisting with member questions, account management, and scheduling Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe studio environment Supporting studio sales, promotions, events, and overall daily operations

PM Tuesday:

PM Wednesday:

9 AM-2 PM | 2-6

Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their goals Strong sales and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for members and guests Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness studio Basic computer skills and ability to learn membership management and scheduling systems High school diploma or equivalent Previous fitness, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
