The Jindal School of Management Undergraduate Programs seeks part-time lecturers to teach required professional development courses for undergraduate students in the Naveen Jindal School of Management. These courses assist students in understanding their personal brand, researching companies and careers, creating resumes and LinkedIn profiles, developing networking skills, mastering job interview techniques, and acquiring other vital skills for success in internships and job searches. Additionally, the courses emphasize interpersonal communication, business presentation skills, and leveraging artificial intelligence tools to gain a competitive edge in the job market.
Minimum Qualifications:
An earned graduate degree appropriate to the academic discipline/topic and a record of productivity and professional achievement.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience An earned graduate degree appropriate to the academic discipline/topic and a record of productivity and achievement in a professional environment. Preferred Education and Experience MBA with business school or corporate teaching experience Progressive corporate experience and a broad knowledge of business. Knowledge of professional development, career counseling, job search strategies, and current job market trends. Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) in educational or professional contexts Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or other slide presentation software
