Job Description

In this role, you will oversee and administer production training to new employees in a classroom setting. &Will be responsible to train in front of 30 40 people at a time, schedule training classes, organize course materials and speak in front of a large crowd. &Ensure all training programs run smoothly and effectively. & Work closely with other departments with the development, delivery and coordination and recording of their training sessions.
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to work the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Must be able to read, write and speak English in a large group setting Must be able to work independently Must be energetic and self-motivated & Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training sessions Oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals. Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
