Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date Utilize virtual learning systems to deliver training to remote employees and clients Conduct in-person training sessions and presentations Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs Track and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development Able to pass client drug screening requirements for site access Able to travel for training or consultations Qualifications Electrical Engineering; Electrical Technology; or Industrial Electrician Education Able to leverage virtual meeting platforms to communicate with learners (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebX) Strong Presenting Skills Course development using
