You will be the allergy expert in a physician's office in
Little Elm, TX:
testing patients, preparing their custom immunotherapy, giving injections, and helping them stay on treatment until they get relief. You work directly with patients every day and are the main point of contact for the practice's allergy program. No allergy experience needed. We train you. You will complete a structured, paid training program covering skin testing, immunotherapy preparation, injection technique, reaction protocols, and patient education before you work independently.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No nights, weekends, or holidays. What You Will Do
  • Perform allergy skin testing and explain results to patients
  • Prepare and customize immunotherapy treatment vials
  • Administer immunotherapy injections and monitor patients afterward
  • Recognize and respond to allergic reactions following established protocols
  • Educate patients on their allergens and treatment plan, and follow up to keep them on track
  • Document in the EMR, verify insurance benefits, and obtain prior authorizations
  • Keep the allergy room stocked, organized, and compliant (HIPAA, safety, infection control)
  • Build a strong working relationship with the physicians and staff at your practice Who We Are Looking For We hire from two backgrounds.
You need one of these:
  • Clinical path: Medical Assistant (certified preferred), CNA, LPN, EMT, or phlebotomist with at least 1 year of direct patient care. Injection experience is a plus.
  • Science path: Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, nursing, kinesiology, public health, or another health or science field, plus some hands-on patient-facing experience (medical scribe, CNA, EMT, pharmacy tech, clinical research, or similar).

  • Comfort with needles and a steady, careful hand (you will give injections daily)
  • Clear, warm communication. You can explain a treatment plan to a nervous patient.
  • Attention to detail. Immunotherapy preparation has to be exact every time.
  • Reliability. Patients are scheduled around you.
  • Basic computer skills; EMR experience is a plus Either way, we are looking for someone who shows up, owns the room, and treats every patient like family. We will teach you allergy. What You Get
