Evolve ABA Care is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our passionate team of clinicians dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents with autism. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $22.00-$27.00/hour Guaranteed hours: Full-time teammates receive a minimum of 32-40 hours per week, regardless of patient cancellations Tuition assistance: Up to $2,400 toward approved BCBA tuition expenses No-cost supervision hours: Dedicated supervision time is fully paid—no deductions or claw-backs Approved paid unrestricted activities Performance-based wage increases Clear pathway to a BCBA position with a competitive salary upon certification Benefits & Perks Health insurance Loan repayment program Paid time off Paid holidays Weekly Structure Up to 30 unrestricted hours per week consisting of approved projects and activities based on business needs 8 hours per week allocated away from direct care to focus on indirect activities All unrestricted activities are approved by the Clinical Director and aligned with BACB fieldwork requirements What You Will Do Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting Support children and adolescents in building meaningful communication, social, adaptive, and functional skills Participate in supervised fieldwork activities that support your professional growth and meet BACB fieldwork requirements Collaborate with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to clinical excellence Requirements Proof of enrollment in an accredited, applicable master's program Current BT or RBT credential Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Professionalism, dependability, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Tuition Assistance Agreement Evolve ABA Care will provide up to $2,400 toward approved BCBA tuition expenses.
