Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for lead generation.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasive abilities .
• Ability to close with potential clients...if you don't ask, don't expect results.
• Proficient in using CRM software and experience with an automatic dialer.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected.

Compensation:

• Base Pay at $18.00 an hour.
• Commissions on top of your hourly wage. The better your performance, the better your paycheck!
