Job Description

Position Summary Atlas Credit is seeking a Training & Operations Support Specialist to join our Training Department. This position plays a key role in supporting our branch teams by providing hands-on training, operational guidance, and coaching to ensure consistency across all locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing employees, reinforcing company policies and procedures, and helping branches succeed through training and operational support. This role requires frequent travel to branch locations throughout Texas, with one scheduled home week each month. Essential Responsibilities Travel to assigned branch locations to provide training and operational support. Train and onboard new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems. Coach and develop existing employees to improve performance and operational consistency. Partner with branch management to identify training opportunities and reinforce company expectations. Observe branch operations and provide feedback to improve efficiency, customer service, and compliance. Assist with implementing new procedures, initiatives, and company updates. Support branches during staffing transitions and other operational needs. Complete training reports and communicate progress to leadership. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in consumer finance, banking, lending, retail management, or a related customer service industry is preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while traveling. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas. Valid driver's license is required.
