We are seeking a Training Specialist I with a passion for employee development, training coordination, and continuous improvement in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering hands-on training, developing training materials, mentoring trainers, and partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure employees are trained, compliant, and proficient in their roles. Successful candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple training initiatives while meeting deadlines. They possess strong communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Candidates should have experience training employees, proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies, and a solid understanding of training methodologies. Laboratory experience is required. A bachelor's degree and some related experience are preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
