We bring broad experience in minimally invasive technologies and deep expertise in cardiovascular catheters. "AuST" is a name symbolizing the gold (Au) standard (ST). We strive to deliver the gold standard in everything we do. The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering onboarding and training programs for new and current employees. This role ensures employees are effectively integrated into the organization and equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed. The Training Coordinator partners cross-functionally with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, tracking employee progress, and continuously improving training content and delivery methods. Key Responsibilities Training Program Development Collaborate with HR, Training Coordinators, Line Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Trainers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and customize training materials. Partner with Document Control to ensure all training content is accurate, current, and compliant with company standards and policies. Utilize electronic authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent) to develop engaging and effective training materials. Maintain version control of training documents and ensure timely updates when processes or policies change. Onboarding and Orientation Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation in partnership with HR, including company overview, policies, and procedures. Provide onboarding support during orientation and direct employees to HR for additional assistance as needed. Develop and maintain onboarding checklists and schedules to ensure a consistent experience for all new hires. Training Delivery Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees, incorporating updates from engineering and other departments. Apply varied instructional methods to address diverse learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). Ensure training sessions are conducted in a professional, inclusive, and engaging manner. Tracking and Reporting Maintain accurate training records to support compliance and audit readiness. Report on training effectiveness and employee progress to HR and management. Track completion rates and follow up with employees and managers on outstanding training requirements. Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training, instructional design, or manufacturing. Experience facilitating group training sessions in a manufacturing, industrial environment is preferred. Language Conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce. Ability to deliver training materials and conduct onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or willingness to learn. Experience with electronic authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) is a plus. Ability to create clear, visually engaging training presentations and materials. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adjusting plans when priorities shift. Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, and be present on the production floor or in various work areas for extended periods during training sessions. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (noise, temperature variation, PPE required in designated areas). Occasional lifting of training materials or equipment up to 25 lbs.
