The Learning & Development Specialist supports employee success by coordinating, delivering, tracking, and continuously improving training and development programs across the Bank. This position partners with department leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts to ensure employees receive effective onboarding, operational, compliance, and professional development training. The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for maintaining learning records, supporting regulatory training requirements, developing training resources, facilitating learning programs, and assisting with employee development initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness and exceptional customer service.
