Employee Development Specialist Location:
Renton, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated professional to deliver impactful training within a specialized aerospace environment. Our team values a skilled individual who can facilitate learning, coach others, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish effective learning objectives. Facilitate training events using diverse delivery methods and techniques tailored to aerospace content areas. Perform individual and group assessments, recommending process and performance improvements as needed. Deliver coaching sessions and Train-the-Trainer sessions to improve overall performance and qualify additional instructors.
Required:
Advanced education such as a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years, or 10 years of equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to teach and coach in specialized content areas such as electrical, structural, quality, or systems within aerospace. Strong knowledge of regulations and standards to ensure courseware compliance with commercial, government, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Experience maintaining positive learning environments and addressing classroom behaviors according to policies.
