Position:

We are looking for a skilled Full-Time Dog Groomer with 3+ years of professional grooming experience who can perform complete grooms from start to finish. This role is commission-based, with strong earning potential for groomers who deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Perform full grooms including bathing, brushing, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full body haircuts Consult with pet owners to understand style preferences and any special needs Maintain a clean, safe, and stress-free grooming environment Handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and care Assist with daily salon upkeep and teamwork as needed

Requirements:

3+ years professional grooming experience (portfolio or in-person demo may be requested) Must be available to work Saturdays Ability to complete full grooms independently Strong animal handling skills with an emphasis on safety and comfort Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:
