We run a structured, high-volume salon with loyal clients, steady books, and a team that knows what they're doing. No chaos, no guessing, no babysitting.   • 1,500+ Flexible scheduling (full or part-time) Employee discounts Wash your own dog at the salon 401k + 401k matching Growth and long-term stability if you want it What you'll be doing Full-service grooming: haircuts, baths, nails, ears, glands Evaluating coat and skin health and recommending care Communicating clearly with clients about their dog's needs Handling dogs safely, including nervous or difficult ones Keeping your station clean and your notes detailed What we expect from you At least 2 years of grooming experience You have your own tools and know how to use them well You manage your time and don't fall behind You show up, stay consistent, and pull your weight You care about your work and it shows in your grooms The bottom line If you're reliable, skilled, and want a shop where you can make good money without the usual grooming industry headaches, you'll fit in here.
