Job Description
Responsibilities may include:
Filling in for bathing duties when needed Answering phones and assisting with scheduling Checking dogs in and out Communicating service information and grooming recommendations to clients Assisting with payments and client records Supporting the owner with administrative or operational tasks Helping organize the day's workflow Stepping in where needed to prevent delays or disruptions Modeling professional, cooperative, and safety-conscious behavior for the team We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the salon's success—not someone who intends to groom only their scheduled dogs and leave all other responsibilities to the owner or team. Equipment Applicants must provide and maintain their own professional grooming tools, including clippers, blades, shears, combs, brushes, and other personal equipment required to perform their work. The salon provides the primary work area and standard shop equipment.
