Since opening our brand-new, 10,000+ sq. ft. facility in February 2025, we've been focused on providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs through all-day group play and overnight care. We're growing quickly and looking for passionate team members who want more than just a job—you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business with opportunities to grow and advance from within. Position Overview As a animal Care Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall experience of both our dogs and their owners. This is a hands-on, active role that combines animal care, customer service, and facility support. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage dogs in safe, structured group play Monitor dog behavior and ensure a safe play environment at all times Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and grooming services Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person Maintain a clean and sanitary facility, including kennels and play areas Perform opening and closing cleaning duties Feed dogs according to schedules, including administering medications as needed Coordinate grooming appointments with the grooming team Perform basic grooming services such as baths, nail trims/grinding, ear cleaning, and gland expression Capture photos/videos of dogs and share updates via social media Requirements At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with dogs Availability to work at least 2 weekends per month Must live within 10 miles of Anaheim Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

From $17.00 per hour
