Duties Assist with dog training sessions and reinforce positive behaviors to promote good manners and obedience Handle animals gently and confidently during feeding, cleaning, grooming, and exercise routines Maintain clean and sanitary kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a healthy environment for all pets Perform pet grooming tasks such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming to keep animals looking and feeling their best Engage in heavy lifting when moving supplies, cleaning equipment, or assisting with large animals as needed Qualifications Prior experience with animal handling, kennel work, or pet grooming is highly desirable Experience working with animals Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with visitors Ability to handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal care practices Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, walking, and performing manual tasks throughout the day Passion for animal welfare with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals who love animals and thrive in fast-paced environments.
