Table:
A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of management experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees(required). Hands-on animal care experience and a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and welfare practices. A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset in a bustling environment. Stellar communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead. Financial management expertise, including payroll, budgets, and expense control. Desire to continue education and training with a dynamic pet care organization.
