Experienced Dog Groomer - Starting at $20/hr + 100% Tips Precious Pets Grooming Salon is looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to join our growing team. We are a busy, established grooming salon with a steady flow of clients. We're looking for a groomer who is confident in their skills, dependable, and takes pride in their work. Pay & Benefits Starting at $20/hour + tips Groomers keep 100% of their own tips — tips are NOT split Consistent clientele in a busy, established salon Bathers provided so you can focus on grooming Dryers provided Grooming tools and equipment provided Salon supplies and products provided Part-time or full-time opportunities available Our goal is to give our groomers the support they need to concentrate on what they do best — grooming dogs and producing quality work — instead of spending their day doing everything themselves. Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming on dogs of different breeds and sizes Complete breed-specific and customer-requested haircuts Safely and confidently handle dogs with different temperaments Communicate clearly with customers and team members about grooming requests Identify and communicate any skin, coat, or health concerns noticed during grooming Maintain a clean and organized grooming station Follow salon safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail What We're Looking For Previous professional dog grooming experience required Must be able to perform full haircuts independently Knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques Comfortable safely handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good time-management skills Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced salon Someone who takes pride in both the quality of their grooms and the care of the dogs A Salon That Supports Its Groomers We have an established customer base and a team structure designed to keep our groomers productive. Bathers help prepare dogs, and we provide the dryers, tools, equipment, and grooming supplies you need to do your job. You don't need to bring your own clientele. We are looking for someone who wants to come in, stay busy, make money, and become a long-term part of our team. Interested?
