- Upscale Pet Grooming Salon We are an established, upscale pet grooming salon with 15+ years of loyal clientele , now hiring an Experienced Dog Bather who is ready to grow into a Professional Dog Groomer .
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months professional dog bathing experience Experience with bathing, brushing, drying, nail trims, and handling dogs Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for pet care and animal handling BOTH weekend days are a mustCompensation:
$17.50- $20/hour during initial training period (up to 14 days) Transition to a commission-based pay structure after training Strong long-term earning potential as a dog bather/groomer
Job Duties:
Perform dog bathing, brushing, blow drying, and prep work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment Sanitize tools and assist with salon upkeep Provide excellent customer service with pet ownersTraining & Career Growth:
Learn grooming tools, safety, animal behavior, skin & coat care, and handling techniques Continued skill development in a professional salon environment Clear path to become a full-time professional groomer after 9- 12 months of full time employment.
