About the Position As a Groom & Vroom Pet Groomer, you will provide professional grooming services to dogs in our fully equipped mobile grooming van. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooms while creating a positive, comfortable experience for both pets and their owners. This position is ideal for an experienced groomer who is self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent care. Responsibilities Provide professional grooming services based on each pet's individual needs Bathe, brush, dry, trim, and style pets according to breed standards or client preferences Safely handle pets of various sizes, breeds, temperaments, and grooming needs Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding their pets and grooming services Help maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience Take high-quality before-and-after photos of your work for the business's social media and marketing Manage your appointment schedule and maintain professionalism with clients Compensation This is a W-2 employee position with a commission-based compensation structure. Groomers earn 50% commission after service charge is deducted from each completed groom.
