Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an animal lover who is excited to work with a variety of dogs, cats and their owners. Must be physically active and able to walk a variety of sizes of dogs. We are looking for someone who is organized, flexible, and dependable. Must live in Hamden as that is where the bulk of our customers are. Hours and job vary depending on the schedule of vacationing people and daily jobs. Need to be able to work weekends, but not every weekend. Someone interested in doing sleepover jobs at clients houses to care for animals would be great but not mandatory. Job includes dog walking and picking up feces. Socializing with cats, feeding and scooping litter. Feeding animals based on the job needs. You must have a car to get to the clients homes.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients at the door Walking dogs in a timely manner while ensuring their safety. And cleaning up feces on walks and in the yard if applicable. Texting customers with a visit report or leaving a note, whichever is applicable. Communicating effectively with business owner about client issues and any changes in the schedule

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
