Tail to Whiskers is a small, growing pet grooming salon in Cape Coral looking for an experienced, reliable, and confident pet groomer to join our team! We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about the pets in their care. Previous professional grooming experience is required — we are looking for a groomer who can confidently handle a variety of breeds, coat types, temperaments, and grooming styles. Because we are a smaller salon , our clientele is still growing. New groomers should understand that it may take some time to build a consistent schedule and client base. We will provide you with the opportunity to grow your clientele within the salon, but we cannot guarantee a full book immediately . If you already have established clients who are able and willing to follow you, that is a major plus!

What We're Looking For:

Professional grooming experience Comfortable performing full-service grooms from start to finish Knowledge of breed-specific cuts, coat types, and proper grooming techniques Able to safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently while being a positive part of a small team Patient, compassionate, and safety-focused Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail Willingness to help maintain a clean and organized salon Must be comfortable working in a smaller, growing salon environment
