DogBeach is a themed luxury dog resort specializing in exceptional pet care. Our state of the art 30,000 sq/ft all-indoor facility makes for the perfect environment to protect against the Florida heat and rain for both our employees and guests. Our facility offers daycare, boarding, grooming and an on-site veterinary hospital. Our goal is to offer a true one-stop shop for our guests and their pet parents. About the Role Park and Suite Associates are the heart of our resort. This role involves caring for, supervising, and interacting with our four‑legged guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching environment. It's hands‑on, physical work, and incredibly rewarding for anyone who loves dogs. What You'll Do Supervise dogs in playgroups and suites Engage with dogs through play, enrichment, and positive interaction Clean and maintain play areas, suites, and common spaces Monitor dog behavior and support a safe, structured environment Provide excellent service to pet parents when needed Work collaboratively with a team that loves what they do What We're Looking For Comfortable with all dog breeds , especially large breeds Experience with dogs preferred (shelter volunteer, dog daycare/resort, pet‑sitting, etc.) Ability to work on your feet and handle a physically active role Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented Passionate about animal care and eager to learn Availability on the weekends and throughout the upcoming holidays Shifts Available Part time 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM Monday through Sunday.
