•e are looking for a reliable, experienced and animal-loving Dog Bather / Grooming Assistant
• to join our growing team. We are a busy, highly rated boutique pet spa specializing in Doodles, Golden Retrievers, double coats and detailed grooming. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves dogs, works well with a team and wants to grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bathing dogs thoroughly and safely Drying and fluff-drying Brushing and coat preparation De-shedding and basic grooming prep Assisting groomers with preparing dogs for their appointments Safely handling dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments Maintaining a clean, sanitary bathing and grooming area Helping keep the grooming team organized and running efficiently
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dog bathing or grooming-shop experience strongly preferred Comfortable handling both small and large dogs Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented — quality matters here Positive, professional and team-oriented Must genuinely love animals Able to work in a busy environment without sacrificing quality Thursday and Saturday availability required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — Se Habla Español We offer a professional, supportive and drama-free environment where excellent work is recognized and rewarded.
Pay:
$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 36.0 per week
