Position Summary Provide high-quality grooming services while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet. Build lasting relationships with pet parents through exceptional service. Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience.
  • Ability to groom all breeds according to breed standards and customer preferences.
  • Experience using clippers, scissors, and grooming equipment safely.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Professional grooming certification.
  • Hand scissoring experience.
  • Knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles. Responsibilities
  • Perform full-service grooming including bathing, drying, haircuts, nail trimming and grinding, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de-shedding treatments.
  • Conduct consultations before each appointment.
  • Maintain detailed pet grooming notes.
  • Recommend grooming schedules and appropriate add-on services.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized work area.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Work closely with the retail team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Compensation & Benefits
