Job Overview Your Home Groomer is looking for an experienced dog groomer who is ready for a unique role combining light grooming, client communication, and day-to-day grooming operations. We currently operate 3 mobile grooming trucks with multiple daily routes, along with an in-house grooming salon, and we are continuing to grow. This position is ideal for an experienced groomer who enjoys both hands-on grooming and the organizational side of the business. The schedule may include a combination of grooming appointments, client communication, scheduling support, route coordination, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Maintain a lighter schedule of grooming appointments Be available to assist with grooming coverage when needed Drive and operate our mobile grooming vans as needed Help oversee and coordinate multiple mobile grooming routes and our in-house salon schedule Manage company phone calls, texts, and client communication Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and general questions Help keep daily routes organized and running efficiently Communicate with the grooming team throughout the day regarding schedule changes or client needs Assist with other day-to-day company operations as needed What We're Looking For Professional dog grooming experience Valid driver's license and confidence driving our mobile grooming vans Strong knowledge of the grooming industry and appointment scheduling Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts Confident communicating with both clients and team members Comfortable using scheduling software, texting, and phone communication Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping a growing business stay organized and run smoothly Someone who values teamwork, clear communication, and continued education This is a great opportunity for an experienced groomer who wants to continue grooming on a lighter schedule while growing into a more operational role within an expanding mobile grooming company, with the potential to move into a full-time position. Training will be provided on our scheduling software, company communication standards, mobile routes, pricing, policies, and internal systems. Previous administrative or scheduling experience is preferred, but the ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and communicate professionally is most important. Schedule This position will begin part-time during training and is expected to grow into approximately four consistent working days per week. Saturday availability is required. The final schedule will be established based on company coverage needs and the selected candidate's availability.
Pay:
