We are a luxury mobile grooming company focused on providing high-quality grooming while creating a safe, clean, low-stress experience for every pet. Compensation & Perks W-2 position Full-time or part-time opportunities available 30% commission 100% of your tips Small-breed full grooms start at approximately $140 Mercedes Sprinter mobile grooming vehicle provided Paid time off Professional tool sharpening included Training and ride-along support with the owner and lead groomer during your first month Opportunities to attend grooming seminars and continuing-education events Team-building activities and animal experiences Estimated annual earnings: $35,000-$65,000+, depending on schedule, production, and tips. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is already comfortable completing full grooms independently and takes pride in producing beautiful, consistent work.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of professional Pet Stylist/grooming experience Strong scissoring and finishing skills Knowledge of breed-standard and AKC-style grooming Ability to complete full haircuts independently Excellent handling skills and concern for pet safety Professional and friendly client communication Reliable and able to work independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to maintain a clean, sanitized and organized grooming environment Cat grooming experience is a major plus! Responsibilities Greet and communicate professionally with clients Assess pets before grooming Bathing and conditioning Hand drying and fluff drying Brushing and de-shedding Nail trimming and grinding Full breed-specific and pet-style haircuts Scissoring and finishing Ear cleaning Teeth brushing Gland expression when appropriate Safe handling of pets throughout the grooming process Driving the mobile grooming vehicle to scheduled appointments Cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining the grooming van between pets and at the end of the day About Our Mobile Grooming Vans Our groomers work from fully equipped, professional mobile grooming vans designed to allow you to perform high-quality grooming without the distractions of a traditional salon.
