We keep things intentionally low-volume so every dog gets real attention, not just basic care. This is not a high-volume kennel job. It's a steady, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, even when no one is watching. The environment is calm, respectful, and built on trust. What the job actually looks like Day-to-day work includes: Feeding dogs and maintaining their routines Letting dogs out multiple times a day (if weather permits) Engaged with the dogs Welcome and greet dog owners upon arriving and leaving Cleaning suites and maintaining a calm, orderly space Being outside regularly, regardless of heat or cold Constantly cleaning up poop, urine and other accidents. This is physical, hands-on work. It's simple, but it matters. Schedule & Availability This role requires flexibility and reliability. Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays 9am-2pm You must be available for: Weekend shifts Holidays We do our best to rotate and offer flexibility when possible, but consistency and availability are important.
