We're hiring 1-2 reliable and enthusiastic Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers to assist with pet care services. This role involves visiting clients' homes to care for pets, walking dogs, and providing transportation when needed. - Arrive on time for scheduled pet visits.
- Provide attentive care during pet visits, including feeding, watering, and companionship.
- Walk dogs on leash in clients' neighborhoods, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Transport pets to vet appointments, grooming, or other locations as needed.
- Follow specific instructions from pet owners to meet each pet's needs.
- Monitor pets for health or behavioral changes and communicate updates to owners.
- Perform light tasks such as cleaning litter boxes, picking up pet waste, or bringing in mail (as requested).
Qualifications:
- Passion for animals and at least 1 year of pet care experience (e.g., pet sitting, dog walking, or as a pet owner).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (required for pet transportation).
- Comfortable handling dogs, cats, and other pets of various sizes and temperaments.
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and provide updates.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow schedules.
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
