We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Pet Groomer to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, styling, and pet coat styling tailored to each animal's breed and individual needs Handle animals with care and confidence, utilizing animal restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other hygiene procedures with precision and compassion Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming needs, pet health considerations, and aftercare instructions Maintain a clean, organized grooming station while adhering to health and safety standards for animals and staff Provide full‑service grooming for dogs of all breeds and sizes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Participate in ongoing education, skill‑building, and technique training Uphold Doggo Den's standards for safety, quality, and customer care Qualifications 1+ year grooming experience preferred Prior experience in pet grooming or animal handling is highly preferred; certification in pet grooming is a plus Ability to groom a minimum 4 Dogs within a 7 Hr time frame. Strong dog handling skills with the ability to work confidently with animals of all temperaments Familiarity with animal restraint techniques and pet care procedures such as pet nail trimming and coat styling Communication skills for engaging with pet owners and understanding their needs Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to safe, compassionate handling Reliable, punctual, and professional Passion for learning and improving your craft Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for bathing tubs or equipment setup A genuine passion for animal care combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach Join us in creating a welcoming environment where animals are treated with kindness and professionalism!
