Job Summary:
``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our furry friends. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe environment, feeding and exercising animals, and assisting with grooming and clinical activities. ```Responsibilities:
```- Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and exercising
- Clean kennels, cages, and other animal living spaces
- Monitor the health and well-being of animals and report any concerns to the veterinary staff
- Assist with grooming activities such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and treatment
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners ```
Requirements:
```- Previous experience in pet care or related field preferred (e.g., veterinary clinic, animal shelter)
- Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments safely
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and veterinary staff
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy animals or cleaning kennels
