We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and hardworking Part-Time Pet Care/Daycare Specialist to join our team and help provide exceptional care for the animals in our facility. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in showing up, being reliable, staying productive, and doing the job right. Because we care for animals every day of the year, consistency and dependability are extremely important to our team and to the pets who rely on us. Part-time hours may vary, and we are looking for someone who can be flexible and dependable when scheduling needs change. Animal care doesn't always fit into a Monday-Friday schedule, so we need team members who understand the responsibility that comes with caring for animals.AVAILABILITY & DEPENDABILITY

Leash walking and supervised outdoor breaks Feeding pets and administering medications as directed Performing intake and departure body checks Cleaning kennels, yards, dishes, laundry, and potty messes Monitoring pet behavior, health, and stress levels Learning and recognizing dog temperament, body language, and socialization cues Assisting with individual and group play Communicating professionally with clients and team members Helping keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly Supporting the team during busy and high-volume periods Following safety, animal care, and facility procedures consistentlyWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must meet state minimum age requirements Ability to safely lift and handle dogs weighing approximately 50-75 lbs. Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, clean, lift, and remain active throughout a shift Reliable transportation Ability to commit to scheduled shifts and communicate responsibly with managementPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience is helpful, but the right attitude and work ethic matter just as much as experience.Preferred qualifications include:
Animal care or daycare experience Customer service experience Experience handling dogs Knowledge of basic dog behavior and body language Willingness and ability to learn safe dog handling and animal-care practices MOST IMPORTANTLY...
