This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with adorable kittens while developing valuable skills in animal care and handling. Responsibilities Feed and water kittens according to scheduled routines, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration Monitor kittens' health and behavior, identifying signs of illness or distress promptly Clean and sanitize all kitten enclosures, bedding, toys, and feeding areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Assist with socialization activities to promote positive interactions Give any and all medications that maybe required (including oral & injectable medications) Caring for the kittens after their spay/neuter surgeries Requirements Experience with pet sitting, pet grooming, or animal handling enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of animal behavior and proper handling techniques for young animals is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving supplies Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and visitors about kitten care needs Experience in kennel management or pet boarding environments is a plus Commitment to maintaining a clean environment through sanitization practices specific to pet care facilities This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about animal welfare who want to gain hands-on experience caring for kittens. Pay:
From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
