Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to cats, including feeding, administering medications, and monitoring their health status Maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning rooms, litter boxes, and common areas regularly Observe cats closely for signs of illness or distress and communicate findings to management or pet owners promptly Assist with pet sitting services by ensuring cats are comfortable and engaged during their stay Engage with pet owners professionally, offering updates on their cats' well-being and answering questions about care routines Position also requires the ability to multi task and may require front desk work, including but not limited to answering the phone, contacting vet offices, learning a new software booking system. Requirements Ability to consistently arrive on time and be reliable when committing to assigned shifts Strong attendance history and work ethic with references required Prior experience in animal handling, pet care, or kennel work is highly preferred, a passion for animals is essential Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician/assistant experience is a plus Familiarity with pet grooming, pet sitting, and animal restraint techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for cleaning supplies or equipment setup Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating a caring environment where every cat receives the attention they deserve!
