Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards and owner preferences Handle animals safely and compassionately using proper restraint techniques during grooming procedures Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat styling with attention to detail and safety Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming requests and provide care recommendations Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations and ensure all tools are sanitized according to health standards Experience Prior experience in pet grooming or styling mandatory; Preferably 1 year or more in a salon or vetenary clinic Knowledge of dog handling techniques and animal restraint methods to ensure safety for pets and staff Experience working with veterinary professionals or in veterinary technician/assistant roles is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during grooming sessions Background in pet coat styling, pet sitting, kennel work, or animal care provides valuable foundation skills Embark on a rewarding career where your love for animals meets your talent for grooming!
