The Bark Of The Town Pet Groomery & Spa is seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join our busy, well-established salon. This is a great opportunity to step into a fully booked schedule with an active waitlist and a loyal client base ready for their next groom. Compensation 30-40% commission (based on experience and skill level) 100% Tips from happy clients Schedule Full-time position Part-time position Flexible scheduling What You'll Do Groom dogs including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning Safely and confidently handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Maintain a clean and organized grooming station and salon Communicate with pet parents about grooming needs and coat condition What Makes This Position Unique You'll step into a fully booked schedule with a waitlist Remote staff manages the appointment calendar and booking, allowing you to focus on grooming and caring for the dogs What We're Looking For Grooming experience required Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types Self-starter with a strong work ethic MUST be comfortable working independently Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and genuine love for dogs Why Join The Bark Of The Town Busy salon with loyal repeat clients Supportive and organized system with remote scheduling support Opportunity to grow your grooming career
