About Us Doggy Days is a 9,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor dog care facility under new ownership as of March 2026. We are raising our standards and building a team of reliable, hard working, dog savvy individuals who take pride in their work. This is an opportunity to be part of a business that is growing, improving, and setting a higher bar for dog care. Position Overview We are hiring 1 to 2 Pet Care Specialists to support daycare and boarding operations. This is an active, hands on role working directly with dogs while maintaining a clean, safe, and structured environment. You will be on your feet, moving, cleaning, and staying engaged throughout your shift. Must be 18 years old or over to apply Schedule

  • Weekend shifts available
  • 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  • $16•17 per hour plus tips•Growth opportunities under new ownership•Opportunity to grow with a developing business Responsibilities Monitor dogs to ensure safe and appropriate behavior Supervise and participate in group play Recognize and respond to signs of stress or conflict Maintain cleanliness of play areas, kennels, and common spaces Clean accidents and follow sanitation standards Follow feeding and morning care routines Move dogs throughout the facility as needed Communicate clearly with team members and support daily operations Requirements Prior hands on experience working with dogs required Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Able to stay calm in high energy situations Willing to clean throughout the shift Able to stand and stay active for long periods Reliable with strong work ethic Who We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Takes pride in a clean and organized environment Dependable and shows up ready to work Open to feedback and growth Additional Info This is a fast paced, physical role.
