00 per hour PLUS tips Join the Doggy Days Team! Doggy Days is a 9,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor dog daycare and boarding facility in Round Lake Beach, IL. Under new ownership since March 2026, we're investing in our team, improving our facility, and raising the standard for dog care. We're looking for dependable, hardworking animal lovers who enjoy staying active and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have professional experience working with dogs and want to join a growing company that values teamwork and reliability, we'd love to meet you.
Available Shifts:
Monday-Friday 2:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Because we care for dogs every day of the year, applicants must be available to work weekends and some holidays. What You'll Do As a Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant, you'll help provide a safe, clean, and enriching environment for our daycare and boarding dogs by: Supervising group play and monitoring dog behavior Encouraging safe, appropriate interactions between dogs Recognizing signs of stress, illness, or conflict Cleaning play areas, kennels, dishes, and common areas throughout the day Feeding dogs and following care instructions Moving dogs safely throughout the facility Working closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly Providing excellent care while maintaining a clean and organized environment Qualifications Ideal candidates are: Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Calm, confident, and attentive in busy environments Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout an entire shift Dependable with excellent attendance Team-oriented with strong communication skills Detail-oriented and willing to clean throughout every shift Must be 18 years of age or older to apply What We Offer $16.00
