The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and the skills necessary to provide exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that meet the expectations of pet owners. Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs. Utilize proper animal restraint techniques to ensure the safety of pets during grooming. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming. Provide excellent customer service , fostering positive relationships with clients and their pets. Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service delivery. Experience Previous experience in pet grooming is required. Familiarity with animal restraint techniques and handling various breeds is essential. Experience in customer service is beneficial to ensure a positive client experience. Knowledge of pet care practices, including basic health assessments, is an asset.
