Kennel assistants provide daily care for boarding dogs and assist with kennel maintenance . They are involved with scheduling boarding appointments, cleaning rooms, exercising, feeding, administering medication, and monitoring the behavior of boarding dogs. Your duties include feeding animals, cleaning and sanitizing rooms, and walking and playing with pets. Other duties will include checking pets in and out, answering phone calls and collecting payments. One of the most fun jobs is giving each pet lots of love and attention!! Must be at least 16 years of age and have reliable transportation. Hours will vary Monday through Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.
