Responsibilities Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments during bathing, grooming, and drying processes Restrain animals gently yet effectively to ensure safety during grooming procedures Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations and sanitize tools regularly to uphold hygiene standards Communicate clearly with grooming supervisors about any abnormalities with skin, coat, or anatomy Support pet care (walking, cleaning kennels, watering) during the grooming process Experience Previous experience in pet grooming or dog handling is not required, we are happy to train Familiarity with animal restraint techniques and animal handling best practices is a plus, but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers about the condition of animals in our care Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary Join us to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
