Who We Are Waggin' & Waddlin' LLC is a fully insured and bonded, fear-free pet care company offering dog walks, adventure walks, kitty visits, overnight pet sitting, pet taxi services, and more in Braintree, Canton, Randolph, and surrounding towns. We are more than just pet sitters and dog walkers — we're a dedicated team that treats every pet like family. With a passion for exceptional care, we go the extra mile to ensure each pet feels safe, happy, and loved every step of the way. Position Overview We have both dog walking (pet care provided primarily during the business day, requiring consistent, ongoing availability) and pet sitting (pet care provided mainly evenings and on weekends, with flexible scheduling) opportunities available. Pet sitters have the option of performing limited dog walking services. This position services Canton primarily, with occasional visits in Sharon (Cobbs Corner area) and South Norwood. You'll spend your day caring for animals, building relationships with clients, and enjoying plenty of time outdoors. Core Responsibilities Travel between client homes caring for dogs, cats, and other small pets. Walk dogs safely and responsibly, following client and company guidelines. Feed pets, refresh water, administer medications, and handle waste disposal. Communicate with staff, management, and clients via voice, text, and Slack. Provide updates and photos to clients after each visit. Participate in team training, continuing education, and company events. What We're Looking For Genuine love for animals and comfort with a variety of breeds and sizes. Reliable, punctual, and professional work habits. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Physically able to walk for extended periods and manage pets up to 75 lbs. Schedule Dog Walker - Monday through Thursday 10 am to 2 pm What we offer: Dog Walker $16 - $18 an hour based on experience. $1800 to $2000 a month Supportive, team-oriented environment.
