Duties Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime, ensuring safe interactions and proper behavior management Assist with dog handling, animal restraint, and pet boarding to ensure comfort and safety Maintain cleanliness of the facility through sanitization, grooming, and general cleaning duties Observe animal behavior closely to identify signs of stress or illness, escalating concerns as needed Support pet owners with check-in/check-out processes and provide exceptional customer service Assist with outdoor activities, including leash walking and supervised play in outdoor areas Help with basic pet grooming tasks and animal restraint procedures to promote hygiene and safety Experience Prior veterinary experience or veterinary technician background is highly desirable Experience in pet sitting, dog training, kennel work or animal care roles preferred Familiarity with pet grooming, animal behavior assessment, and pet boarding operations beneficial Ability to lift heavy items safely (team lifting when necessary) and perform outdoor work comfortably Strong skills in animal handling, pet care facility sanitization, and customer service are essential Previous experience working with animals in a professional setting enhances your suitability for this role Join us in creating a joyful environment where pets feel loved and cared for!
